Aplying your Alpen Bling™

Surface must be dry and clean of any dirt, wax, oils etc. Gently remove the stiff plastic backing from the sticker and try not to touch the sticky backing. Carefully align the sticer on the surfact and press firmly into place. If you are applying your new Alpen BlingTM to a curved surface like a helmet, start by pressing in the center of the Bling and working outward. Order Tracking

Orders that are shipped UPS will be issued a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number of your shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.


Alpen BlingTM is shipped via UPS or USPS. If your order qualifies for free shipping it will be sent 1st class USPS unless otherwise noted.


We want you to be happy with your purchase at, that is why we have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return most un-used, un-opened products still in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a customer credit or refund. No return will be accepted without an authorized RMA #. Returned products must be sent to our Colorado office in their original condition within 30 days of product receipt. All returns after 30 days or without a valid RMA # will be processed at our discretion. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receipt of a valid return.

To return an item

• Ship the item to us freight prepaid; shipping costs are not refundable
• Include a copy of the original invoice
• Include the credit card number used to place the order - we do not keep your credit card information on file
• Please contact us if you receive a damaged product due to shipping (do not ship it back to us); save the damaged box Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a store credit.

Problems With Order

Notify us immediately if the products in your order have been damaged due to shipping. In this event, keep the damaged box your shipment came in; USPS or the UPS driver may need to see it as proof when we submit a damage claim. It may also be a good idea to take a digital picture of the damaged package and contents. If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, please contact us. Keep in mind that only UPS shipments have guaranteed delivery dates. USPS shipments may take up to 2 weeks if shipped 1st Class Mail and up to 7 days if shipped Priority.

Warranty Policy

Shipping Costs: Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped USPS unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
